The above rates include a Loyalty Card ‘top-up’ of £40.00 for adult members, £20.00
for Intermediate/Junior Plus/ Junior categories plus the Members’ Club fee which is £5.00.
Please note any amount outstanding of the original £40 loyalty card top-up will be lost at the end of the membership year.

ANY EXISTING MEMBER PAYING AFTER 28TH MARCH 2011 WILL BE CHARGED A LATE PAYMENT FEE OF £25.
A direct debit form can be requested by e-mailing admin@cavecastlegolf.co.uk
or can be collected from the golf club. An original copy of the form must be returned to us
fully completed no later than Monday February 14th 2011.
